For the first time ever, Open Arcade will be showcased with its own Open Awards! The 2016 festival will host a new award for exhibitors, chosen by a team of experts with the ceremony hosted at The National Videogame Arcade.
Taking place as the headline event on the final night of the festival, awards will be given via our panel of industry expects to the best game, best game developed by a student or graduate maximum of 2 years and the ‘Spirit of the festival’ award, given to someone or something that the panel of judges think embodies the spirit of the GameCity Festival.
